Refunds are not available on our annual hosting accounts. You may cancel and close your account at any time, but no refund will be given for any used or unused proportion of your annual hosting package.
Should you wish to upgrade your hosting package in the future, you only pay the difference between your current package cost and the cost of the upgrade to the next level, pro rata.
