There are many tools available on the internet which will assist you in marketing your website on the internet. We have included some videos that explain what they are in plain English! They last between 2-3 minutes each.
RSS Feeds - these allow your web visitors to continue to receive a regular feed of information when you upload it to your website. More commonly used on blogs or information-rich websites, these widgets are placed on your website and allow users to subscribe to your content.
Blogs - allow you to post continuous feeds of information, usually in date order, for people to follow. You can also allow registered users to post content in response to your added content if you wish. Whichever you choose, it means you are able to add fresh, unique content to the site. Blogs can be a stand alone website with it's own domain name, or it can be added to your own website so that it is a part of it rather than separate from it.
Bookmarking - allows people to bookmark and share your web content on other websites such as social bookmarking websites like Digg, Del.icio.us or Technorati.
